LA is in the middle of Summer right now and it’s boiling hot. Well, I guess it’s not as bad as the Summer in Japan with its hot and humid weather.

Anyways, la la land(LA) is known for its sunny weather and palm trees. And I am here to share my Summer look that’s perfect for a place like LA or any city with Summer season!

Straw Hat

As you have probably seen everywhere on social media, straw hats are this Summer’s must-have trendy item. This item is for sure a no-fail choice, whether you’re paring it up with a beach vacation style or cute summer dress.

Adding the straw hat to your outfit makes a big difference to your overall look. It makes the whole outfit more stylish and gives that fun summer vacation look!

The one I’m wearing is from H&M. I like buying hats from H&M since they have affordable prices and come in different sizes from small to large, so you’ll be able to find a hat that will fit you perfectly.

Since LA’s Summer season doesn’t really end till the end of September or early October, it’s not too late to get your own straw hats. So make sure to grab this item so you can follow the trend before Summer ends!

Gingham Romper/Dress

Did you know? Gingham is an old fashion trend every fashion blogger is wearing for this Summer! The pretty, preppy fabric is totally dominating the fashion world right now.

Let me tell you a little bit about the gingham print. Gingham was originally imported into Europe during the 17th century. Ever since gingham print has been loved by many people for centuries.

Most iconic gingham look is obviously, the image of Dorothy’s iconic blue and white pinafore dress from “The Wizard of Oz.” However, the modern gingham print comes in different colors and styles, like the one I’m wearing. It is definitely the most versatile print of all time.

The gingham romper I’m wearing is from Hollister. I bought this item during their sales so it was super affordable! Also, this specific gingham romper is more on the casual side so you can wear it whether your running errands or, grabbing brunch with your friends.

You can obviously wear straw hats and gingham rompers/dress with different outfits and it’ll look nice and stylish. But I recommend combining them both onto the same outfit if you wanna give that trendy summer vaca look!
